Audio repeating on Fifa

Hi. I have this issue when playing fifa 15. Basically, the audio will repeat itself every so often, so the commentater will say the same word 2-4 times, for example, "And its a goal, goal, goal".

Also when this happens the game will lag for a second and it seems that the game will sort of fast forward, even in online games..

This issue has been bugging me for a while, and it only seems to happen on fifa..

Specs are:

Gigabyte H61M-DS2 Motherboard
Intel i5 3570k CPU with stock cooler
Radeon R9 270x GPU
8GB DDR3 1333MHz unbranded RAM
500GB HDD
XFX pro 550w PSU
