Question Audio Shuttering/Mini lags while gaming

I searched every forum etc but still couldnt figure out whats wrong with my PC.

While i gaming and watching streams on my second monitor my PC freezes like minisecond and making strange buzzing sound, and its not coming from case, every auido buzzing/shuttering. I dont know how to describe it actually, its pretty weird.

Also worth to mention when this spikes occurs my ethernet graph also spikes on the performance tab in task manager.

First i thought its memory related but i barely use half of my memory capacity. My CPU/GPU is also fine not even passing above 60C degrees at all

I have GTX 1060 6gigs and ryzen 5 1600x. Mobo is A320M gigabyte.

I also ran Latencymon but have no clue how to analyze or read it.

If you can help me i would be happy.
