Audio slider automatically dropping to 0% every time i adjust it

Hey guys, im gonna be brief because i am SOOOOO enraged right now.

So my computer just had a system update or whatever annnnnnnnd now that it has my sound isnt working properly. It will not stay where i set it. If i move it... it just snaps back to 0% again. Im a total geek and i cant figure this out. anyone got any advice?

S I have figured out the error. The program "audials one" was causing the issue, a mere uninstall and restart fixed it
