Question Audio/Steaming audio video stop after an hour

Hi ya'll.

My audio and any streaming media stop working after about an hour after booting. Windows Sound doesn't register any sound coming from my sound card, but insists everything is functional. Spotify and my web browsers do not play content - video games work with extreme frame drop.

I'm at a loss. I've reinstalled my audio drivers and devices, tested different PCI-e slots, but nothing has worked so far. For a little context, right before the problem started, I dusted my case thoroughly and swapped PSUs. Did I screw my entire rig up somehow?
