Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) X4 750K Quad Core Processor
Memory: 8192MB RAM
GPU: GTX770 msi
Basically when im watching something on VLC player or sometimes even youtube and i browse trough chrome the audio stutters/freeze. this also happens when i open anything else too but not as bad basically %10 increase in CPU usage makes it stutter. I never had this problem before and i just recently re-installed windows too.
