Audio Stutters When Going Into Fullscreen

Hi I ask a lot of questions here because I've been having a lot of problems recently, but I'm noticing whenever I fullscreen a game my audio (Like discord, or teamspeak) will stutter for a second. Whys this happening? Something I have to just deal with or fixable? It doesn't cause any audio delay afterward, just that slight stutter for a second or two.
