I wanted to build a money-worth Audio Workstation.
Main focus is recording, mixing & Mastering inside FL.

Are these specs ok ?

For Music Production and Stuff I would go with Intel over AMD for CPU. If you also do Video editing then yes AMD is the way.
I would make the PC as silent as Possible and this setup does that perfectly.
The two HDDs are to be run in RAID 1 to give only 4TB of backup space. But Redundant setup gives you extra security against drive failure and data loss.
