Aura Sync Fans

Hi, I wanted to tell you that the AURA software from Asus does not tell me the fans of CoolerMaster Master Fan Pro 120 RGB with Asus Aura Sync. The motherboard and the GPU if I tell them the software but the fans do not like I said before. My specifications are Motherboard Asus Z270 Strix, Rx 480 Asus strix. I wanted to know some possible solution so that everything is synchronized and that I decree the AURA software of Asus

Which MoBo you have since there are 5x ROG Strix Z270 MoBos from Asus.

The first 2 MoBos aren't compatible with CoolerMaster Master Fan Pro 120 RGB while the latter 3 are,

Where you have your fans connected to?

I have them connected to the Master cooler controller ... One cable to RGB header and one to USB. The fans to the controller and connected to the mother

Do your fans light up at all? Also, at what position is the LED switch on the fan hub? R, B or RGB?

They are in the RGB position and if they light up. I'm thinking that it's possible that the RGB Header is badly connected

If you use the RGB LED controller then you can change your LEDs via Cooler Master RGB software. For Aura Sync to detect your RGB fans, you need to connect your fan LED wires directly to the MoBo's RGB header, without using RGB LED controller in between.

The motherboard has a single RGB Header connector. In official Asus videos you can see that it uses the controller and synchronize

then do note that in that video, the InWin case, InWin LED strips, InWin fans and InWin LED controller are used.

where uploader states that you'll either need to use Cooler Master LED controller and Cooler Master software or when you connect your fans directly to the MoBo, you can use any RGB software that comes with MoBo.
