Using Asus Rog Strix B450 F Gaming motherboard. I can't get the motherboard to show up in the Aura Sync software. My Trident Z ram shows up and I can control it but not the motherboard RGB. I can turn the motherboard RGB off in the bios or turn it on and thats it. But I cant actually set the color or pattern. Any thoughts?

restart windows
reset the BIOS by jumper

Did you hit the refresh button in the software?

chipset drivers installed?
I've restarted multiple times. Even did a fresh windows install(needed to do it anyways). I've reset the bios. I went and downloaded the latest chipset driver from Asus and I get this error when I try and run it

The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem
