HI all. I have been looking everywhere for answer to my very simple question.

I have the Asus Z270F and I am going full RGB mode. anyways my question is, can i make the RGB header different in colors for my LED strip?
In the aura software i can only see RGB LED STIP 1 but the motherboard has 2 RGB header. I have 2 led strips plugged in and both are lighting up. But i want the strips to have different colors each. Im I missing something?

thanks

i have the latest version of aura sync and I'm using the Deep Cool led strips. I also updated my BIOS coz thats what the support page said.

so right now both led strips are lighting up and working. but what i want to do is to configure the color of the lights for each strip which i cant do because i only see LED STRIP 1 on my Aura sync software.

maybe the question should be will there be 2 LED STRIP on the aura software since there is 2 header or just one?

please see attached pic.

Yes there should be 2 showing. I have 2 showing on mine with the Crosshair VI Hero and I don't even use them.
Aura has been buggy for a lot of people. Only other thing I could think of is try to uninstall and re-install, not sure what else it could be.

Is it possible something in Bios has been disabled?

ok so here's what i have done so far. (I know some of which are wrong but i did it anyway)

Update BIOS
Uninstall - reinstall
Calibrate RGB lights. RBG as aura would do
Unplug Led strip while ON to see if icon on aura would disappear (I KNOW...) close open program. NOPE didn't work.
Plugged back 1 strip at a time and nope did not work as well.

I'll try to install older version of Aura.

will update once done.

UPDATED
using older version of Aura still the same. still seeing only 1 LED STRIP icon.

I think we need someone who is using the same motherboard ASUS Z270F...
