I have an Aurora R4 and when I first got it it came with duel gtx 555. After a while I decided to get an upgrade so I bought the gtx 780 ti and it worked perfectly with no problems. So now I have been using that card for little over a year and I decided to get another upgrade for christmas. I bought a gtx 980.
After installing it and turning it on it started beeping and there was nothing on the screen. It beeped 5 times in a row repeatedly. I took it out and put it back in a few times seeing if I just installed it wrong. The beeping was still there every time. I then put the 780 ti back in and it worked fine. Took the 780 ti again and put in the 980. Still got the beeping.
So right now Im using the 780 ti and I have no idea what the problem is. I have a psu of 875w so I know that cant be the problem since that is more that enough from what I read.
