Hey all,
Just looking for some feedback on a potential new rig.
I'm looking to build a new PC, mostly work/study (accounting, nothing taxing) but would like to be able to run at Fallout 4 in the break. I've put together one rig back in 2012 but it had some issues and I'm no longer interested in AMD.

I've had a look around and would like to stay closer to $1500 than $2000 but can't decide where is best to spend my money and when I'm reaching overkill. Do I want 1150 or 1151; i5 or i7; gtx970 or 980; 8gb or 16gb RAM?
So far I've priced up at IJK and PCCG, I looked at a build like this below but would love some feedback on compatibility, longevity or better substitutes than what I'd picked, and of course if I've missed anything.
Case: Thermaltake H25
PSU: Corsair VS550
Mobo: ASUS Z170-AR
CPU: i5 6600
GPU: ASUS GTX 970 DCUII
RAM: Corsair Vengeance CMK16 2133MHz - 2x8GB
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 250GB
Network: ASUS PCE-N15

Total: $1399

Cheers in advance to any and all that reply,
Legends!

This is over $1500 but it has the second best GPU in the world at the moment (GTX 1070 is faster than Titan X). I'm not 100% sure what the price is, but it'll be expensive (as is everything in Australia). The GTX 1070 is leagues ahead of the GTX 970
