This has me hopping mad that we can't help someone like this on our doorstep, yet our government can waste money on sending our globetrotting foreign minister the equivalent to a trip to the moon in one year in flights to other countries.

I wish some international news site would pick this up and let it hit the google news page for an hour or so ... that might send a fracking message.

Honestly ... some of these public servants are bastards ... yes ... bastards !!

Sometimes its the heart of the people to rise to the occasion, and as a firm believer in not having the gov do everything for everyone, lets hope people see these things, and respond with their hearts and dollars.
This form is a granularity that gov can seldom do or afford, and creates satisfaction as well, for those who dont contribute as well, as its good to be considered a generous and thoughtful Ozzie
