We have changed our router from Orange broadband to Viveole Internet Satellite and am trying to set up the Wifi repeater to boost the signal in another part of the house.

The Samsung phone just keeps coming up with authentification error. I have tried the WPS pin and Security key and neither work.

Does anyone have any suggestions to make this work?

Thanks for that, just wanted to establish that you've been able to connect to the new router with some other wireless device, and you obviously have.

Don't forget that the router's wireless key is case-sensitive so you need to enter it on your phone exactly as printed on the router or wherever you're copying it from - - another 'gotcha' can be mistaking a letter 'b' for a number '6' or vice versa, or a letter 'O' for a zero.

The reason I make that point is because authentication errors are usually caused by entering a wireless key that doesn't match the actual key, and the only successful connection you've made so far is by using WPS where you don't have to enter the key.
