Auto adjustment monitor problem

Hello,
i had a problem here in my monitor. it keeps blinking and displays auto adjustment. it keeps happening and happening agagin and again in every minute. its so annoying and it keeps my work slow. I want to stop it. how would I? could you help me? please? i hope youll answer as soon as posible. thank you

Need information about your system (what computer, the parts in it, the type of connection used to the monitor, model of the monitor, have you tried other monitor or pc to figure out what one is the cause of the isue, that sort of things 😀).

My samsung monitor show magic color demo on the screen. and auto is lock . model no S16A100N. How Solve this problem
