Auto boot up a desktop PC used as a server

Honorable
I want to schedule an auto boot up for this PC just in case there is any update, power outage, or whatever else that could possibly shutdown the PC.

Now to clarify, this is a media server that multiple users in and out of my home use. In the case I or no one else is able to push the power button, I'm looking for a automated method for doing that same thing at a certain time of the day. I'm not talking about waking from "Sleep" or "Hibernate" either, but from a cold shutdown. I run this PC 25/8 and if I can schedule it to boot up at a set time each day or to always reboot instead of shutting down, that would be ideal. Sorry, I've tried googling this and I only find solutions for Apple computers or for waking from "Sleep" or "Hibernate", which I don't use or care for.

Thanks in advance.

It has "Wake by Alarm" options, but these have not worked. I assume they are for "Sleep" and "Hibernate" modes.

Wake by Alarm shoujld serve the same function as "RTC wake" etc available on competitor boards, and should allow it to boot from "off", not just "sleep" or hibernate"

If you hve a setting in your BIOS to enable "motherboard standby" (or similarly worded item), ensure it's enabled..... meaning there's still sufficient power to the motherboard to 'wake' on the alarm.

Sadly, I can't find an option like that. The closest thing I saw was "ErP" and that is the opposite of what I need from my Google searches. Otherwise, everything else had a very short and poor description of what it does. As per the usual with motherboard BIOS.
