Question Auto forward iMessage / Text message from iPhone to emails

Hi All,

So here is the scenario... My iPhone is not with me but I still want to be able receive and respond to text messages. I'll have access to only a laptop (Windows 10 Pro) and email account. Is there a way to automatically forward my iPhone text messages and iMessages from the iPhone to and email address. And then be able to respond to those text messages from the email address?

Begs the question: why is your iPhone not with you?

If you can have a laptop then why can you not have an iPhone?

More, much more, information needed.

Just an FYI note for my self and anyone else that run into this scenario.
I spoke with apple support and apparently they do not have a solution for this on a Window 10 OS machines.

However it works seamlessly with MacOS - make sense since it's all Apple Brand. Any iMessage and text message with show up on a MacOS seamlessly as long as they are both logged in with the same Apple ID / iCloud account.
