Question Auto monitor a website, notify of changes?

Could not find a sub-forum that this question fits in; maybe the wrong website for this question?

I am looking for a service that monitors any change in activity on a website. For example, I am part of a band club/membership that releases concert tickets intermittently. I am hoping to get 2 tickets for my GF and I for this summer, but refreshing the site all day isn't efficient of course. I know there are others who use something, but unsure what it is.

Does anyone know of a service that will alert me when anything changes on a website? There is a caveat with this one; what needs to be monitored isn't a web page visible to anyone, you have to login to your account first . I think that makes my ask more difficult.
