No Auto Repair
No Safe Mode
No System Restore
No Recovery Point
No Bootable Windows 10 Disc Repair

Most importantly C:/Windows/System32/LogFiles/srt/srtTrail.txt = CANNOT DETERMINE ERROR

Doesn't Work:
chkdsk (every form of /r /f ect...)
bootrec rebuild commands
sfc scannow

So whats next? I am able to boot to stuff, access my bios, all the commands check out and say the computer is fine. All forms of recovery fail with unspecified error (i love "unspecified"). I am using https://www.tenforums.com/software-apps/27180-windows-10-recovery-tools-bootable-rescue-disk.html to gain access to my computer, the partitions seem to be fine... Im so confused.

Solution
Then it sounds like something in that old game you installed corrupted something in your Windows registry. Try running through fixes referenced here, which apparently you have already done some of (bootrec rebuild commands specifically):

Yesterday it was working, I had installed 7th legion (1998 computer rts game) and it worked fine (crashed once), got bored, left to do laundry, come back 5 hours later and the computer was trying to do auto recovery and failing. I figured I'd let it sit over night, and I've been dealing with it all day now...
