Auto translate while typing

Hey guys i was wondering if there is a programm that automatically translate english to arabic while typing and also translate the other guy sentence to english i need it for steam.....

No, for one thing it isn't really even possible. You can't just translate words, you translate ideas.

If there was such software available, it would be outrageously expensive.

For example...
English to Spanish
Are = Son
You = Tu
Going = Yendo
Are you = Eres Tu
Are you going = Vas a ir

You can see that you can't just translate words on the fly, it doesn't work at all.
