Hello, so what's Happening is when I boot my PC it comes up with the "autochk program not found - skipped AUTOCHECK" error and then it blue screens saying the PC ran into a problem, and it will loop this over and over, while being unable to access windows.

This was caused due to me trying to adjust permissions in order to delete some files on my C: drive (not SYSTEM files, just program files). So basically I deleted the current permissions such as SYSTEM and then added my admin account as the main one (like the guides on YouTube etc say to do). I tried to change it back to the original persmissions but it kept saying ACCESS DENIED, and I have restricted permissions (unable to access c: drive).

So I restarted my PC and now it is doing the autochk error. It was a mistake on my part. How can I deal with this? I have no restore points in the troubleshoot option, repair does nothing etc. thank you in advance.

Specs:
Windows 10
Asrock z97 mobo
Samsung 250gb ssd
2x WD HDDs
i5 CPU

changing permissions on C drive away from the system and giving it to yourself seriously messes with windows ability to function. Win 10 won't boot now as it hasn't got permission to do it.

Either put hdd into another pc or use this to copy info off drive you want to keep: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/use-ubuntu-live-cd-to-backup-files-from-your-dead-windows-computer/

On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB

reset won't work, the only way to get windows working now is a fresh install.
