Autodesk is stuck

Acer i5 nvidia 940mx is the laptop and is getting stuck 3d autodesk software while using

Have you tried rebooting the computer (turn it off and back on) and then if the problem is only occurring when using that software, make sure you don't run anything else at the same time.

You should also check for any updates to both the system and the program. Any update may resolve your issue as well.
