automate calc md5 in batch

I have a problem. It is an application that counts the md5 for the specified file. and I want to make this app had me sum for each file that appears in the specified directory. Batch will be started from the schedule every 1 minute and look miejwiecej this:
md5sums %1 > %1.md5

And run it has a command md5calc.bat *. mov
