Automatic Backup Software

Hi guys, I need help. I have a large folder with lots of clients and usually I do backup by copy and paste to other hard drive. The clients folder has gone huge and sometimes I dont have time to be backing up so often. Is there any software that could make like real time backup. Like mirroring every change I make in a folder to the other ? any help would be much appreciated. Sry for my english hehe

We use Memeo Autosync at our business. Anytime a change is made to a file it updates the backup drive. It also keeps the latest copy of deleted files (just in case someone accidentally deletes one). Here is a link...
