[SOLVED] Automatic repair after changing my CPU

After changing my Ryzen 3 to a Ryzen 5 1600, it says “preparing automatic repair”. The debug on my motherboard says there isn’t a problem and BIOS says everything is fine too. My motherboard is a b350 tomahawk. Any help is appreciated.

It doesn’t it goes the option menu where I can continue, troubleshoot, etc

automatic repair is an OS-confusion issue...

You can try a repair install...

Or, a fresh install where you delete the partitions on the C:drive, and, full fresh reinstall....(installing Win10 to an SSD takes but 4-5 minutes these days)

I tried to but was unable to do it. Is there another way other then startup settings?

Solution: I unplugged my main drive with windows and booted up on my secondary without windows and it booted to my windows Lock Screen. Then i turned off and plugged in my main drive and now it works. I don’t understand why that worked.
