[SOLVED] Automatic repair boot loop

My computer is in an automatic repair boot loop. It will not boot in safe mode, it will not repair from flash drive, it will not system restore.whenever I select any option it just restarts and goes right back to the automatic repair.

What could be causing this?

Mobo: Asus Maximus xi hero
Processor Intel i5 core 8400
Ram Patriot signature ddr4 8gb 240mhz
PSU Evga supernova 850 b2
