Question Automatic repair loop freezing

Hello my issue is yesterday I wanted to restart my PC cuz internet was slow and it went to automatic repair and I can't get out of it, I unplugged all other drives and it worked and when I got the other drives in it doesn't work even after I took them out and now when I'm trying to like go to cmd or restore point option it just freezes. What do I do? And I got a USB with win 11 by the way

Also now I tried a SFC scan using CMD with my USB and when I boot from drive c it infinitely loads

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Refer to the motherboard's User Guide/Manual to clear CMOS and then reconfigure as necessary with only the boot drive installed.

Starting point is to get a successful boot and stable performance thereafter.

Then go on to other problems as necessary.
