[SOLVED] Automatic repair loop, Windows 10 not booting after virus scan

It started when my 3.0 USB ports stopped working, I thought it was just my 4 year old motherboard failing. So I bought an expansion card, and problem solved. But I thought, maybe I'll run a virus scan. Just in case. I scanned with Kaspersky, Malwarebytes, ADW cleaner and HitmanPro. Kaspersky found malware running in memory prior to this scan which said I had no malware. Malwarebytes flagged some registry keys. I just clicked on quarantine without thinking. Others returned nothing. I restarted my pc. And it felt like the windows logo was spinning forever. Then my pc automatically restarted into recovery mode. And here I am now. What should I do to do the least damage possible? (Like doing a system restore that might delete some files)

did you just install them or were they install a long time ago?

They were on my machine a long time. I had done these types of virus scanning check ups before without this kind of result.

I tried safe mode and it didn't boot. I fixed it by using the restore point made by HitmanPro.
