Automatic Restart While In-Game

I've been having a automatic restarts. Every time I look this up, someone says "It's probably the power supply." Well, I'm way over the what I need to run my system, so if the PSU's the culprit it's only failing under load. How do I check that? I don't have a spare PSU sitting around here and I don't want to buy another on the chance that it's the problem.

Have you checked the PSU voltages with something like HWINFO?

I suspect the PSU ,it's an older low quality Super Flower model with a 2 year warranty , which tells you how much faith they have in these models.

I'm not sure how I'd do that. I just downloaded HWInfo and see a bunch of info on my GPU, CPU and memory, I'm not seeing anything on the PSU. And google isn't being very helpful at the moment.
