Automatic Server Reboots

Hi,
I just prepared a test server with CentOS 6, however it reboots every 1-2 days randomly.
From error log, I mostly see this:
[Hardware Error]: APEI generic hardware error status
Dec 5 18:40:18 test kernel: [ 424.322749] {1}
Any idea what it is upto?

Have run Memtest and hard drive diagnostics to ensure your hardware is good???
