Automatic shutdown problem

Hi, I have specific problem. When I clikc shutdown everything is OK, but when I set timer for automatic shutdown computer start shutdown procedure and turnoff monitor like it is shutdown, but power lamp stay on and comupter stay in freeze state. I tried with task schedluer, batch file, switchoff program... and everytime same problem. In event viewer it said that everything is ok, and computer properly shutdown...

Operating sistem is Win 10 Home, administrator acc is active, and all tasks are tried with administrator, and local account...

Please do try this link on how to set Automatic shut down using Task Scheduler which I normally use if I need to. Use the "Way 4. Create a basic task named Shutdown" and see if this will solve the problem or not.

All tried, and all works, but still computer freeze... It is confusing that same procedure is used if I manualy click shutdown or task do it, but when I manualy click works fine, and when task do it, it freeze
