Automatic start up of Assembly Registration tool on Windows 10 desktop

I am using Windows 10. Since few days, I have noticed that after Windows start up a command prompt screen appears for a moment showing the Assembly Registration and then disappears after a few seconds. This felt a bit awkward to me, as I have never faced this situation before. Earlier, there was no such thing happening, i.e., no command prompt screen starts up. I have tried from Anti virus checking to Anti malware checking, everything shows clean in the PC. Then, why this screen is coming again and again at start up of Windows or even when I restart Windows? Please help me, as I am a bit worried since I have not found any start up screens, till this happening since a few days on.

What version, OS Build, and Product ID?

Got the software from the Windows store.

Press "WIN" + "R" and type "msconfig" in the Open box.

Check the five System Configuration tabs.

The vanishing prompt screen may be a result of a selected option within one of the tabs.
