Automatic synchronize laptop>usb?

Hi there! I'm looking for a program that can run in the background while synchronizing a folder from my laptop to my usb when i plug it in (automatically). I've been searching around for a few minutes now with no luck though.

Can you please try Microsoft SyncToy and DSynchronize and see if any of the two meets your requirements.
