Automatic updates option missing!

Hello, in the advanced option of the Windows Update screen these are the options i see:

The tutorials I have read show a different screen:

Why don't I have the ''automatic (recommended option)''? The only similar option I see is ''Automatically download updates, even over metered data connections''...

Windows 10 Home does not have that menu option, so updates will be carried out automatically...automatically

Thank you for the reply. So just to confirm, Windows 10 Home doesn't give you the option to disable automatic updates? It only gives you the option to turn it off if your on a metered connection?
