Automatically scrolling??? help please

So when i'm on like google slides. if i try to go right, it keeps it at the left. and you know when your buying something and it asks what state your in? it scrolls to the bottom. those are just a few examples but please fix asap

nevermind im dumb lol. its wireless so i unplugged the usb and plugged it back in and now its all good.
