Automatically Selecting Best Answer?!

HELP!!!

Whenever I ask something on Tom's Hardware, "I" Automatically select some random comment as the best answer WHEN I DONT PRESS ANYTHING! WHY IS IT DOING THAT?!

Its not random, I do beleive once you get enough posts you have the option to choose the best solution. so its not random, its somebody thinking that is the best solution.
