Automatically switching displays?

Here's my scenario: I have one PC with two displays, one is a 1080p 165hz monitor, and the other is a 4k TV 120hz. The goal I'm trying to accomplish is to automatically switch between the two and also the sound outputs with the press of a button (or when a controller is connected to the PC). If possible I'd like to make this happen when I connect a controller. Is there some sort of automation software that can do this? Also when the input switches to the TV, I'd like my TV to turn on. Could a CEC adapter accomplish this? I called EVGA and they said that CEC isn't natively supported with my RTX 2080.
