Autotroll FTP RSTs into multiple directories

Is there any way to get AutoTroll to split the zipped RSTs into
multiple directories in the ftp upload dir? I'm wanting the have a
player1/g1_playername.zip, etc set of directories, and
password-protect the directories themselves on the web server, so that
the downloads are secured but passwords don't have to entered every
time VGAP is entered. I don't think adding the the host batch file
would do it -- aren't the zip files created AFTER that runs? Any
thoughts would be of great help... I could probably just manually move
them after it does the uploads, etc, and then re-upload, but I'd
prefer no manual involvement since I won't always have access to the
hosting computer.

Right now the downloads are already password protected. When the individual
attempts to UNZIP the file, they have to have a password in order to
proceed. So having the FTP'd files password protected is an added
redundancy... but I don't beleive you can "split" the RSTs into multiple
directories.

Attention, the protection is very bad, The PKZIP cipher is weak and
it should be not used to protect valuable information. More details:
