Basically I bought a Lenovo E73 all was fine, upgraded my PSU and bought a decent case, installed Win10. After I bought the case I noticed my fans was extremely loud and also my PSU fan, I checked HWMonitor and it says CPUTIN is at 127C and AUXTIN which is the PSU I think is, is at 116c constantly even if its been off for a while, CPU packages are @24-30c. Is there a way to sort this out, im 100% sure its not at these temps cause I would be able to feel the fan pushing that heat out

Specs if necessary:
I5 4430s @2.7Ghz, (it does still Turbo to 3.2Ghz so its not hot)
Corsair VS450
