Av protection 2011 virus

Its an annoying malware that keeps telling me my whole pc is infected and I should buy it.
I thought I got rid of it with spydoctor but everytime I restart my pc its back and giving pop ups and fake blue screens.

Is there any antivirus that can get rid of this or any other solution?
