So after months of putting together different PC's on paper...I am still trying to decide what I want. I found my way over to AVA Direct and they seem to give me the best options for the different parts I would like in my PC. I already have one put together and ready to go in the cart. Can anyone share their experiences with me though in dealing with this company? I been reading reviews in different areas and right now it just seems so mixed to me so it has kind of put me off from buying from them or anyone else.

Mind sharing the sort of parts that you've spec'd the build out with from AVA Direct? Pretty much every brand out there has a mixed reputation either due to lack of handling clients/customers or purely since the person they were dealing with had a pent up frustration(where they escalated a matter expecting too much from too little). That being said, mind sharing the links to your reviews of customers?

Did you have other options apart from AVA Direct?

I purchased a PC from them.
There were no issues.
9 months later and no issues.
I've been through the machine as I've upgraded things....and I've not come across anything out of the ordinary.

one is BBB

the other is reseller
