Avago 3090 sensor

according to this link, the zowie EC1/2 EVO CL use the AVAGO ADNS-A3090 sensor but the EC1/2 EVO use the AVAGO ADNS 3090 sensor..
i would really like to know if there is a difference between the two

it seem the AVAGO ADNS 3090 sensor not exist?
