Question Available Memory Low

So, I have 16gb of ram installed. I mostly play r6 and when I am playing the game would crash and in the msinfo32 it would say that I only have around 300 mb of available memory available, It will sometimes stay at 12 but once I play the game for around an hour or two it would go down far.
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600 core clock speed
Motherboard: Msi Bazooka v2
Ram: 16gb 3000 mhz corsair vengeance
SSD/HDD: 860 evo
GPU: msi 1660
PSU: corsair cx 550
Chassis: corsair 460x
OS: windows 10 64 bit
