[SOLVED] Available Physical memory 2.41GB when 8GB is installed

I disabled all background apps. installed all unused apps. disabled all services at startup. I have no viruses. I have the latest bios.

You are probably on the wrong Windows version... 32-bit (x86) only supports 4GB of RAM, which means the latter 4GB will not be used. You will have to reinstall Windows, use the 64-bit version instead.

Unless microsoft themeselves scammed me and gave me a 32 bit version instead of a 64 bit version then no I have a 64 bit version

You can grab a new image from MS. Can you press Win+R and run "msinfo32" for me. Post a screenshot to imgur or something so I can get a better look.
