Question Available ram doesn’t change after ram upgrade

Hi , I’m not that big of a geek so I don’t know if I’m making a mistake. So I increased my laptop ram from 8gigs to 16. But in task manager available ram doesn’t change when it was 8GB. Can someone help me ? Does it affect my performance?

Oh it’s same in my process info in setting.available ram doesn’t change at all.
