Question available ram problem

i have 8 gigs of ram but my pc only says 6 are available, i checked my gpu usage and i saw 4 gigs of vram we're being shared.

but i couldn't find thechippset options he shows...
My motherboard is an ex-A320M, does anybody know how to make the changes shown in the video?

it said 1GB reserve for the iGPU. go to bios and change the reserve
