Available/Usable RAM lost?

I have Windows 10. When I first installed the OS I had 8GB of available/usable RAM. After some updates and stuff I had 7.89 and I do know the OS takes a certain amount of RAM exclusively for itself but now from 7.89GB available it dropped down to 6.90GB available. Everything is the same and IDK why the hell that happened. I restarted my PC and everything but still. Does anyone know what could be the cause for this? Is there a way to fix it or anything? Thanks.

Win10 does some odd things that nobody understands, would guess it's allocating additional DRAM to your GPU or an other hardware component
