I ran an Avast scan and it found a virus I think it was called
CoreTemp and it was in system 32
I know what CoreTemp is but I have no idea why it was in system 32 and avast recognized it as a virus.
It deleted it, and I booted up, and Command Prompt was open and said it was deleted.
I exited out of the window and everything is normal.
I re booted again and everything booted normally.
Should I be concerned?

Solution
Coretemp just has some programming that accesses the system similar to a virus, plus it installs into the root directory. you can add it to the exemption list if you use it. it is nothing to be concerned with.

So I have nothing to be worried about, now that's it's deleted?
It isn't a default system file, right? It just installed into sys 32 when I installed it right? (CoreTemp) Sorry I have very bad OCD.
