Avast just found this: Win32:Adloader-AC [Trj]

and calls it a trojan horse. Is this a false pos?

Have you tried the Avast forums, you know the ones who actually made the anti-virus that you are using?

Yea, I have. There is a lot of talk about a false positive but nothing clearly stating that it is in fact a false pos. I have a post there too.

It may be some sore of harmless Ram Dump file but i really don;t have any idea.

Thats why I'm asking.

Boot into safe mode with networking. Download and update malwarebytes. Do a full scan to see if it finds it as a threat or not.
