Question AVCC3 Voltage reading flunctuates between 5v, 4v, and 1v

Hey guys, I want to understand what AVCC3 is because according to HWiNFO, it's supposed to be getting 3.3v. but it's reading 5volts, sometimes 4volts, and sometimes 1volt.

anyone know what this is or what this means? thank you

no particular issues no, I just was worried because I just replaced my wifi card and cleaned out my pc, and was checking HWiNFO to make sure things are okay. all my other mobo voltages are within the correct range. No multi-meter sorry.

Edit: I might Clear CMOS and report back on the readings later.
